How you can help

We are so happy you’re interested in getting involved with our work here at Friends of the Millicent Library. There are so many ways for you to help, and we truly appreciate each and every effort. By lending your support, you’ll become a valuable part of our volunteer organization and help to strengthen our mission.

Museum Passes

Did you know that you can check out passes to many of the local museums with your library card? The Friends purchase passes to places like the Whaling Museum, Buttonwood Zoo, New England Aquarium, and more!

Help the Friends bring new and updated technology to the Millicent Library's Tech Lab - a space to inspire creativity and innovation and offer access to technology for learning, creating, or simply becoming familiar with it.

The project's first phase will update the library's current computers and add technology for multimedia editing and digitization. We hope to grow to include 3D printers, recording equipment, photography and video equipment, green screens for filming, podcasting equipment, and more!
